ON THE 16th AND 17th OF JUNE THE PREMIERE OF THE SHORT FOOTAGE VIDEO FILM "THE ADVENTURE OF MOVEMENT" WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE "BETANOVUSS" GALLERY.

On the 16th and 17th of June the premiere of the short footage video film "The Adventure of Movement" will take place at the "BETANOVUSS" gallery. The film will be presented within the contemoprary dance festival "Time to Dance".

The video film has been produced within the Ansis Rūtentāls Movement Theatre open project “The Adventure of Movement”. The participants of the project were people with and without previous experience in dance or theatre fields.

In the three moth long cycle of classes that were conducted by Santa Grīnfelde, the participants could yield to the flow of the movement and experience movement as a creative process. The participants could study the feelings they have when they move and when they observe others moving.

“The Adventure of Movement” - it is the opportunity to experience oneself in movement and the movement inside oneself.

Short-footage video film “The Adventure of Movement” is the documented result of the process in the classes.
